Any single image one color heat transfer is just .15¢ per piece with a $20 setup for any image up to 9″x12.75″ in one of our 18 stock colors. This is an online exclusive product that ships the next business day. Your one color single image graphic will be printed using the versatile Spot Color Athletic formula for application onto 100% polyester, 100% cotton and cotton-poly blends. The 15¢/$20 setup pricing is for single images only, no ganging or grouping multiple images. Turnaround Time	Your custom Spot Color heat transfers will ship the NEXT business day from the receipt or approved artwork. Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 pm EST. For example, an order placed with approved artwork at 2:00 pm on Monday would ship out on Tuesday.

Application Time: 7 Seconds
Temperature: 325 F
Pressure: Firm (50-60 psi, 8-9 on Hotronix)
Peel: Hot

Size –

Send your artwork at the exact size that you want it to print.

For gang sheets set our canvas/art board size to the dimension of the sheet size you select.

Sheet Sizes –

Any Image up to 9”x12.75”

Fonts/Text –

Convert all fonts to Curves (Corel Draw), Outlines (Adobe Illustrator) or Raster (Adobe Photoshop)

Colors -

Use Spot colors. Use white only where you wish to have white printed.

Line Thickness –

1 point or 0.01388 of an inch.

Non-Printing Area Thickness –

2 points or 0.0277 of an inch

File Formats –

Adobe Illustrator CS5 or older

Corel Draw X5 or older

Proofs –

Save a copy of your file as a .jpg or .pdf with the artwork displayed on a contrasting non-printing colored background. Send your proof along with your artwork in the native format .ai, .cdr, .eps, or .psd.
